Abstract

Creativity and innovation are the keys to success in the evolving global economy. To prepare young people for work and life in the 21st century, educators must cultivate learners’ creativity. One of the things that is going to be required in the future workforce is adaptation and flexibility. Development in thinking, attitude and skills of a learner requires a continuous process requiring plateaus of learning .This learning can help mold any student for quality adaptation and flexibility.Some learning outcomes are geared toward knowledge acquisition and comprehension, some toward analyzing and evaluating what has already been done, and some toward creating the new and different. This paper revolves around exploring and implementing strategies which can be used in a classroom environment for acquiring as well as sharpening critical thinking and skills by considering various attitudinal aspects of a learner. This can add to the talent pool of dynamic leaders and empathetic human beings.
