Abstract

Advertising communication is a perception and a process of a source, a message, a communication channel, and a receiver. Receiver sometimes becomes the source of information by communicating the message to his family, peer, and friends. This kind of communication is called word-of-mouth communication, which involves social interactions between two or more people. In order to be aware of information related to decisions, changes, etc., the information is the first communication process that provides the opportunity for marketer based on time serials. The second process is by listing different definitions. In this study, we collected data from the secondary source. This study helps to analyse the relationship between advertising communication skills and customer satisfaction.
