Abstract

Women have successfully transcended their confinement inside the house by entering various types of professions and services. Increased female entrepreneurship has resulted in a shift in the numerical characteristics of companies and the country’s economic success. Women-owned companies play a vital role in society, encouraging others and creating additional job possibilities in the country. Women have indeed made remarkable strides in breaking free from traditional confinements within their households, venturing into diverse professional domains and services. This expanded participation of women as entrepreneurs marks a significant shift in the landscape of business, contributing substantially to the economic progress of the nation. The emergence and growth of women-owned businesses have not only altered the numerical dynamics of the business sector but have also added a crucial dimension to societal development. Aside from their immediate economic influence, female entrepreneurs serve as role models, encouraging others to pursue their entrepreneurial dreams. Moreover, these enterprises contribute to the creation of additional job opportunities, playing a pivotal role in fostering employment and overall economic growth within the country.
