Abstract

This research paper intends to investigate the relevance of maintaining organizational behaviour in contemporary work environments. The study of how people interact and influence one another within groups, organizations, and institutions is known as organizational behaviour. The paper highlights the key reasons why organizations should prioritize and maintain a positive organizational behavior climate. The purpose and objective of this research is to answer these questions which includes: What is organizational behavior and why is it important in a workplace setting? What effects does organizational behaviour have on productivity and performance among employees? Which are the main determinants of organizational behaviour? Such data has been collected by various methodologies and consist of primary and secondary data by sampling, survey, interviews method and so on. The significance of comprehending how individuals and groups behave within an organization is emphasized, along with how this behavior impacts organizational culture and climate, employee productivity, engagement, and satisfaction, as well as leadership and management practices and the ability to adapt to changing business environments. The findings from this review provide valuable insights for organizations seeking to improve their overall performance through strategies that promote positive organizational behavior. inside frameworks for organizations. It emphasizes how important it is to comprehend how individual and group behaviors within an organization affect important aspects like worker productivity, engagement, and satisfaction; leadership and management techniques; organizational culture and climate; and flexibility in response to changing market conditions.
