Abstract

Manufacturing ventures believe in the methodology which is taken on by the producers to work on their presentation in such a
profoundly serious climate. Supporting the business execution and further developing it in constant mode is one more matter of
worry for the business managers. The reliable improvement of assembling yields is basic for producers. The creation framework
expected to give serious needs is chosen. Organizations perceive lean practices to be a helpful procedure for coming to more
proficient execution in manufacturing processes. In the approach to choosing production strategies, lean manufacturing is an
extensively acknowledged strategy to further develop business execution in such a cutthroat and unpredictable climate all through the
world. The essential standard behind the progress of lean assembling is how manufacturing waste is recognized and removed from
the framework. This study focuses on how handling waste in the production cycle of the Head Lamp Leveling Switch manufacturing
system can be limited through the reception of lean assembling instruments. As a way of getting higher productivity by using the
kaizen tool cycle time for the process, PCB soldering has been reduced from 49 sec to 35 sec in the HLLS assembly line.
