Abstract

Everyday countless advertisements flash on television screens and mobile phones. Advertising, now a
days is big business and many industries like magazines, television industry, newspapers, OTT
platforms and many other media are in this race. The Objective of this paper was to study the impact
of advertising on Indian culture. To know about celebrities’ impact on product endorsement. A
questionnaire was distributed to 100 people and data was analyzed with the help of excel. According
to the data collected the consumer keeps a keen view on advertising like celebrity endorsements,
humor, language, clothing, religion, patriotism, festivity, lifestyle, romance, technology, family,
friendship, and environment on Indian culture.
