This Study looks at how social media campaign design influences people engagement in promoting MTR instant food products the main purpose is understand how different parts of social media campaign attract customer and increase their interest in the brand the study is based on both primary and secondary data, primary data collected was using the structured questionnaire and while secondary data was taken from books, journals, website and other published sources, the survey mainly focused on campaign design, content type and posting frequency and advertising strategies and the choice social media platforms. Regression analysis was used to check whether these factor have a significant effect on audience engagement, the results show that creative and attractive content, especially reels social media promotions, help improve brand awareness and encourage more people to buy MTR instant food products. The study conclude that well planned and interesting social media campaign can increase customer engagement and support better product promotion. The findings also show that regular interaction with customers through comments, likes and shares helps build a stronger connection with the brand. It was observed that selecting the right social media platform and maintaining consistent posting can improve the overall effectiveness of promotional campaigns and increase customer interest in MTR instant food products. The study also suggests that understanding customer preferences and using suitable marketing strategies can improve campaign performance and strengthen long term brand loyalty.
